Terms of Service

Insigo reads public and primary-source signals across your market, reasons across them into an evolving strategic read, and turns that read into deliverables. Each customer works inside an isolated workspace. Features change over time; we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality.

Access is invite-only — accounts are provisioned or invited, not opened via public sign-up. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your workspace. You must be at least 18.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, which acts as merchant of record. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a money-back window offered at purchase. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it does not renew. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its outputs beyond your internal use; attempt to access another tenant's data; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; or upload content you don't have the right to provide. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the service or other customers.

You retain ownership of the evidence, facts, and instructions you provide, and of the reads and deliverables produced for you. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process that content to operate the service. We do not use your content to train foundation models. You can request export or deletion of your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Insigo platform — its software, models integration, design, and underlying methods — is owned by us and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You keep the outputs generated for your workspace.

Insigo's reads and deliverables are probabilistic, grounded in the evidence it collected or you taught it, and provided for information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying anything material before you act on it.

The service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, and email, and collects from public and primary-source records. Your use of any integration is also subject to that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the service and use it only to perform under these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms apply while you use the service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law. Provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

We may update these terms as the product and law evolve. For material changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
